The 203659 is a small rectangular ultraviolet flame simulator with red and black lead wires.  This simulator is used for Series RM7800/RM7840 Controls and Flame Detection Systems utilizing C7027, C7035, or C7044 Minipeeper Ultraviolet Flame Detectors.

The flame simulator delivers easy diagnostic tests on flame detectors, external circuitry, plug-in amplifiers, or flame safeguard controls. It is operated by simulating and creating ultraviolet resistance that is produced in an actual flame to identify the trouble within the flame detection function and circuitry system. 

The 203659 connects straight to the flame signal meter jack, test jack, plug-in signal amplifier, or probe contact on the flame safeguard control.

Use the instructions sheet on the technical data tab as your guide in operating the simulator.

5.0 Great Product

Purchased the flame simulator to install on a burner trainer here at UA Local 22. Hooked to RM 7800 flame safegaurd control, with simulator connected the control has a 5 volt DC flame signal, perfect for training and simulating burner operation.
